Biography

Dr. Chen has spent most of his career at National Chung Hsing University, where he has progressed from assistant professor to professor (since 2023) after joining in 2015. He was a visiting scholar at NOAA in 2024.

Before NCHU he was a senior scientist at AIR Worldwide, a postdoctoral fellow, instructor and graduate research assistant at Georgia Tech, and a research assistant at Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau.
